All jewelry from our Ready-To-Wear collection is made to order. Our typical production turnaround is 7-10 business days. However, if you need your piece sooner, please contact us so that we can try to accomodate your request.
All jewelry from our Haute Color collection is one of a kind and ready to go. It will be ready to ship as soon as we receive your order, unless it needs resizing.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use major carriers, such as FedEx or UPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Our packages are "signature required" and fully insured.
We try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. Contact us prior to placing your order to confirm that we can make your required delivery date.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply for international orders and will be added at checkout. We are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We will accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 7 days of delivery confirmation date with original packaging in perfect condition, subject to a $15 restocking fee. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted. All prior shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any returns, and we recommend that you insure your shipment for the value of the returned item.

All of our rings fit true to North American sizing. We recommend having yourself sized in person at a local jewelry store, or using our Ring Size Guide.
We offer one free ring resize in the first 30 days after you receive your ring, and for a nominal fee after that.
